One-on-one coaching

I take on a limited number of coaching clients alongside my teaching and course work.

Who I work with

I'm especially interested in working with people living with spinal cord injuries, across the dimensions of wellness I teach:

  • Food, cooking, and teaching-kitchen skills

  • Physical activity that fits your body and routine

  • Stress, sleep, and daily structure

  • Finances and shopping for food on a budget

  • Staying organized with benefits, appointments, and care

My research focuses on Food as Medicine for people with spinal cord injuries, through a clinical partnership with Craig Hospital.

How coaching works

Coaching supports your own goals. You decide what matters. Together we build small, realistic steps, and you track what works. I'm a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC).

Coaching is not medical, nutrition, legal, or benefits advice. I don't diagnose, prescribe, or write meal plans, and I'm glad to work alongside your health care team.
